Integrated the Autonomous-SSM-MetaRL multi-agent framework into the existing SSM repository. This includes the creation of the multi_agent directory with agents, tools, and workflows, updating core/ssm.py for artifact persistence, and setting up main.py as the new entry point. Legacy components were preserved as requested.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 16635638959913795792 started by @sunghunkwag

Integrated the Autonomous-SSM-MetaRL multi-agent framework into the existing SSM repository.

Key changes:
- Created `multi_agent/` directory structure with agents, tools, and workflows.
- Implemented `SSMTool` to bridge agents with the PyTorch `core/ssm.py`.
- Implemented `StateModelingAgent` to design SSM architectures.
- Created `ResearchWorkflow` to orchestrate the agentic process.
- Updated `core/ssm.py` to support configuration persistence for artifact sharing.
- Overwrote `main.py` to serve as the new autonomous entry point.
- Updated `README.md` and `pyproject.toml` to reflect the new architecture and dependencies.
- Added `tests/test_agents.py` to verify tool functionality.
- Preserved legacy components (`adaptation/`, `experiments/`, `env_runner/`).
